For Wednesday, read Luce Irigaray's 'Sexual Difference' and the Judith Butler excerpt from Bodies that Matter, both of which are found in your book. Then choose a quotation from either of the two readings and using them, along with Cixous, try to come to a conclusion about what these authors are getting at? That is, what are they interested investigating (and it should be distinct from the projects of feminist critics as we've described them thus far)? What overlaps can you find? Can you define their project? Be sure to refer to their texts in your attempt to arrive at a coherent description.
