For Wednesday, read the Jacques Lacan excerpt 'The Mirror Stage...' an unbelievably influential concept and text in critical theory. Think, as with the Freud (with whom we aren't finished, as you probably can guess), how it might fit into the study of literature.
But for Wednesday, let's try something else for a response--simply transcribe a dream that you've had. We'll let someone else play Freud for you over the weekend.
